Priya Jha, Assistant Director Marketing at ReshaMandi juggles both career and motherhood. Holding a key position, she plays a pivotal role in the company’s marketing. Being a successful career woman and a young mom comes with its own set of challenges. Yet, she strikes the right balance, makes the right decisions and efficiently deals with all-time constraints.

Sophronia Kasab, Director, Talent Acquisition, from being the first woman employee at ReshaMandi to creating a talented pool of work fleet has taken up many challenging roles. For someone who broke through the glass ceiling to reach the senior management level in the company, she believes with sincere efforts women can achieve anything they want in their life.

Prasansha Saha- VP, Design Studio, is free-spirited and ambitious by nature. She has launched a label of her own and worked with CEO, Mayank Tiwari from scratch for ReshaMandi and set up an impeccable fabric and design collection. With a can-do attitude, she has accomplished a lot within a short span of time.
